Thank you for shopping at FitWeb. As our products are made using a Print-on-Demand (POD) process, we have a strict but fair refund and return policy.


1. Print-on-Demand Products

All our products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind
  • We do not accept size, color, or design preference returns
  • We do not accept refunds once the order is processed

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • Wrong product received

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.


3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Please email us with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Clear images or video of the damaged/defective product
  • Description of the issue

4. Replacement Process

Once your request is approved:

  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, OR
  • Issue a refund if replacement is not possible

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.

Once an order is sent for printing or processing, cancellation is not possible.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Printed posters, stickers, notebooks, or other POD items
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions
